• Written text in the actual email or its subject, will not be read or handled

• A separate email is required for each invoice. Invoice and appendices can be included in the same file

• You can send multiple files per email but only the first attachment will be handled as an invoice document. All other files will be handled as appendices

• Maximum email size = 6MB

• The address of your invoice (sent via email) must be the same as if they were sent on paper. For example, “Sweco UK Limited, Grove House, Mansion Gate Drive, Leeds, LS7 4DN”

• The below email addresses are for invoices only and are handled automatically

Supported file formats for the invoice document are:
PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, TIF

Supported file formats for the appendices are:
PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, TIF, JPEG

Invoice should include following information:

• VAT number and Company Reg number (If vendor is registered)
• Bank Name, Sort Code and bank account number
• IBAN number and BIC/SWIFT code (if applicable)
• Currency
• Invoice should also show a project number if (supplied with the order), PO number or make reference to the Sweco employee requesting the goods or services supplied.
