Requirements for sending e-invoices to Sweco in Norway

If you still do not have the possibility to send e-invoices, please send your invoices either as PDF via email or on paper to the below stated email/post addresses.

Please note:

Written text in the actual email or its subject, will not be read or handled
One invoice per PDF via email
You can send multiple invoices per email but all PDF files will be handled as unique invoices – this means that attachments must be included in the same PDF file as the actual invoice
The postal address in your PDF invoice (sent via email) must be the same as if they were sent on paper
