Send your XML invoice via an e-Invoicing provider, most providers are connected to Peppol. Peppol is a European standard for exchange of XML invoices. If your provider is connected to Peppol, your invoice is automatically sent via Peppol.

• A separate email is required for each invoice. Invoice and appendices can be included in the same file.
• You can send multiple files per email but only the first attachment will be handled as an invoice document. All other files will be handled as appendices.
• Maximum email size = 6MB
• Your invoice is addressed to the correct Sweco company. The address of your invoice (sent via email) must be the same as our business address Baseler Str. 10 D-60329 Frankfurt am Main.
• Invoices should be submitted via email to below mentioned email addresses. These are automated inboxes that only recognize invoices in PDF-format. Any other messages sent to these inboxes will be automatically disregarded.

Please ensure all of the items below are clearly stated on each invoice, any missing items could delay payment.

• Correct Sweco company (name & address)
• Your VAT number
• Your company registration number
• Bank Name (Bank Account and Sort Code)
• IBAN number and BIC/SWIFT code
• Currency
• Sweco purchase order number (only one purchase order number per invoice) or Sweco project number (only one project number per invoice)
• Sweco reference person
