You can start using Pagero Free Web Portal. Statnett offers you, as a supplier, access to the Pagero Free Web Portal, which is a free online service. This means you can get started sending e-invoices to Statnett directly, at no further cost. Please register via the link on this page if you are interested in this service. Enter the project code FreePortal_Statnett. After registration, you will receive an email containing your user information.

Pagero Free Web Portal also enables e-invoices to be sent to other customers, and free support via the Pagero Service & Support Centre is included.

Requirement to e-invoice Statnett

The invoice must contain one of these three references in the XML files, in this order of priority:

Purchase order number (6 digits only). There should be no text (such as IO) in this field
If you do not have a PO number, please use: Supplier contract number, exactly as stated in the vendor contract
If you do not have a PO number or supplier contract number, please use:
Full name of the person at Statnett who is to receive the invoice

If you use Pagero Web Portal, the following fields must be used:

Your reference: Name of invoice recipient
Your order number: Purchase order number or supplier contract number

EHF – cac:OrderReference/
E2B – e2b:InvoiceHeader/e2b:InvoiceReferences/e2b:BuyersOrderNumber

Name of invoice recipient at Statnett:
