Thomson Reuters are the e-invoicing experts. We have contracted them to work on our behalf to conduct the onboarding of all SAAB´s suppliers.

The ONESOURCE Pagero Network connects buyers and sellers globally by providing the technology for a seamless, completely digital flow of orders, delivery documents, and invoices. Our network enables suppliers to send invoice data directly from their accounting systems in any format or via the web-based portal. By connecting to ONESOURCE Pagero, you will be able to send e-invoices to any customer that is included in the global network.

E-invoicing, or electronic invoicing, refers to the process of issuing, transmitting and receiving invoices in a structured electronic format that allows for automatic and electronic processing. This digital approach replaces traditional paper and PDF invoices, offering a streamlined, cost-effective and efficient method of handling invoices.

The implementation and support of e-invoicing will be managed on behalf of Company by Thomson Reuters. However, any queries direct for SAAB Group can be sent to your contact at SAAB.

If you send a high number of invoices, you can connect your financial system to the ONESOURCE Pagero Network for automated and seamless e-document exchange with your customers. Please contact Thomson Reuters using the contact form below.

You can also access ONESOURCE Pagero securely online and create invoices using our web-based portal. No software installation is required; all you need is an internet connection and standard browser.

Below is a list of the format types supported:

• XML
• UN/EDIFACT
• ASC X12
• JSON
• CSV
• Flat file

You can upload invoices with structured formats directly into the ONESOURCE Pagero portal using the Document Upload functionality. For this service (which is chargeable), please reach out to Thomson Reuters using the contact form below. PDF invoices cannot be uploaded.

Free of charge invoices need to be manually created on the portal from scratch or using a template you already saved in the portal.

PDF invoices are not e-invoices. SAAB Group will no longer accept PDF invoices via email. Learn the differences between a PDF invoice and an e-invoice here.
