• The correct legal company name to which the invoice should be sent
• A four-digit reference code, which must always be provided by the purchaser. If you haven’t received it, please contact your purchaser so that it can be included on the invoice
• Any other information from the purchaser, such as purchase order number, contract number, project number, cost center
• Description of the purchase, including unit price and total price per line, as well as the total amount for the entire invoice
• VAT amount. If reverse construction VAT applies, indicate this on the invoice
• Supplier’s legal name and contact information
• Supplier’s corporate ID number, VAT number
• Invoice number and invoice date
• Payment terms
