Thomson Reuters are the e-invoicing experts. We have contracted them to work on our behalf to conduct the onboarding of all ConocoPhillips Skandinavia, ConocoPhillips Norge and Norpipe Oil suppliers.
An electronic invoice is an invoice that can be sent directly from one system and received in another In Norway, EHF invoices are the current standard.

The use of ONESOURCE Pagero and PEPPOL for ConocoPhillips is optional. You will continue to be paid on time if your company decides to keep using the GEP web portal.
Using the web-based portal to send e-invoices is free of charge for all ConocoPhillips Scandinavia, ConocoPhillips Norway and Norpipe Oil's suppliers. For other e-invoicing methods and services, please contact Thomson Reuters by filling out the contact form below.
The implementation and support of e-invoicing will be managed by Thomson Reuters on behalf of ConocoPhillips Scandinavia, ConocoPhillips Norway and Norpipe Oil. However, any inquiries directly to ConocoPhillips can be sent to RSCEFSEpayablesSupport@conocophillips.com.

If you are not an active supplier to ConocoPhillips, you do not need to sign up for e-invoices. However, e-invoicing can provide great benefits for you as a supplier. Get more information and try for free
Technical questions
If you currently generate invoices through any accounting/financial system, you can send invoice data files to ONESOURCE Pagero using a fully automated and simple integrated solution. Get more information here
You may also continue to use the GEP web portal to submit your invoices to ConocoPhillips.
ONESOURCE Pagero accepts any incoming data format therefore you should join the network as soon as possible and send your invoices now to ensure your payments are not interrupted. You can simply advise Thsmson Reuters of the changes when you are ready to use your new software. They will make the necessary changes without interruption of invoice delivery.
ConocoPhillips and ONESOURCE Pagero do not accept paper or PDF invoices. Invoices to ConocoPhillips must be submitted either in the GEP web portial or via a direct connection format such as PEPPOL, PIDX or cXML. ONESOURCE Pagero is available to faciliate the submission of invoices in PEPPOL format.
Since PDF invoices are not e-invoices, ConocoPhillips do not accept PDF invoices via email. Learn the differences between a PDF invoice and an e-invoice.
ConocoPhillips does not accept paper invoices.
Your customer/supplier number can be found on previously received purchase orders. Alternatively, you can reach out to your ConocoPhillips representative and ask for this information.

No, the ONESOURCE Pagero platform is used for orders and invoices only.
If your company wants to use an integrated/automated solution, then yes.
No, ONESOURCE Pagero provides cloud-based services. You will not need to install any software on your computer.

However, if you are using ONESOURCE Pagero, you can connect to different platforms due to the many interoperability agreements ONESOURCE Pagero has with other service providers.
Yes. ONESOURCE Pagero offers many-to-many solution, meaning once you are connected to the ONESOURCE Pagero you can reach all customers that are included in the network (over 12 million companies)
A status of the delivery of invoices can be checked in the ONESOURCE Pagero Online platform. You can also log into the ConocoPhillips' GEP web portal to view invoice status', purchase orders and more.
